There are Barrio Committee meetings throughout Phoenix. At these meetings our community comes together to determine the direction of our growing movement. We also hold general assemblies of the Barrio Committees, where representatives come together to share, learn, and further plan our direction.

Housing Volunteer Form

As you may know SB 1070 is affecting all of us, however several organizers and organizations want to come and help us battle this bill. Hundreds of people will be coming to Arizona to help us combat the bill and organize the national action. Thank you for opening your homes and helping us take the first step in making the national action possible. If you are not able to house individuals inside you can also provide your back yard for camping or showers for the visitors to freshen up and shower. If you know of any churches or community centers who can help house people, please get us in contact with the. Any help that we can get will be appreciated.
